My Meffert's Mastermorphices have arrived (I guess "Master Polymorphinxes", according to them) have arrived (actually, around two weeks ago, but I forgot to put up pictures because I'm lazy). Anyways, here they are:
I got the black body and the white body (plus one for a friend). They work just like a 3x3, but the pieces are shaped differently.
As you can see, the edges on a Mastermorphix are the mechanical equivalent of the center caps on a 3x3x3. The result: you have to solve like a supercube or a picture cube.
Turning is nice, such that lubrication does relatively little, and solving is just enought to keep you entertained. And for goodness' sakes, buy Meffert's and not the Cube4You knockoffs.
